Então, vamos supor que você solicitou uma ambulância em Curitiba para uma pessoa que sofreu uma queimadura de terceiro grau. Diante da situação de urgência, com certeza você espera obter uma ambulância para remoção, certo?
Agora, suponha que na mesma hora que você fez a solicitação, houve um outro chamado de uma pessoa que teve um corte superficial. Você concorda que ambos precisam da mesma estrutura da ambulância para se tratar? Com certeza não.
Afinal, cada um deles possui um nível de risco distinto. Sendo assim, não há nada mais justo do que enviar um veículo adequado para cada uma das ocasiões, certo? E é por essa razão que há ambulância para remoção que são distintas entre si.
Ou seja, tudo isso serve apenas para melhorar a logística, diminuir o tempo para chegar ao local e prestar o devido atendimento. Todo o objetivo é apenas para prestar um atendimento de máxima qualidade aos pacientes.
Ademais, é interessante destacar que, no caso de ambulância particular, os valores se diferenciam justamente tomando como base essas questões.
Como deve ser uma ambulância?
Outro detalhe que é importante saber, até mesmo para compreender melhor sobre ambulância tipo D, diz respeito ao fato de que todos os veículos de urgência devem seguir um padrão.
Diferente do que algumas pessoas possam pensar, não é a empresa que decide como cada um de seus veículos devem se estruturar, mas bem pelo contrário. Há uma série de regulamentações, as quais todas as empresas devem estar de acordo com ela.
Então, sempre que for solicitar uma ambulância para eventos, por exemplo, é importante se atentar se ela está de acordo com aquilo que manda a legislação.
No entanto, essas leis são aplicáveis não apenas para as ambulâncias do SAMU, mas também para todas as demais ambulâncias particulares.
Isso quer dizer que toda ambulância precisa estar de acordo com tudo o que está descrito na ABNT – NBR 14561/2000, a qual visa definir e padronizar tanto o tamanho do veículo quanto em relação aos itens que devem conter em seu interior.
No entanto, o Ministério da Saúde também dispõe de uma Portaria n° 2048 de 2002, onde impõem um padrão para todos os tipos de categorias do veículo, inclusive a ambulância tipo D.
Quais são todos os tipos de ambulâncias?
Outra dúvida comum que você pode ter ao ler sobre esse assunto é em relação a todos os tipos de ambulância que existem. Os tipos que existem são:
- Ambulância tipo A;
- Ambulância tipo B;
- Ambulância tipo C;
- Ambulância tipo D;
- Ambulância tipo E;
- Ambulância tipo F;
- Ambulância neonatal;
- Motolância.
Saiba que cada uma delas têm sua própria característica, sendo também ideal para situações diferentes. A ambulância tipo A, por exemplo, é a mais simples. Por isso, ela deve prestar serviços à altura, como exames domiciliar, alta hospitalar e coisas do gênero.
Agora, no que diz respeito à ambulância tipo D, trata-se de uma ambulância com UTI móvel e, portanto, serve para situações mais complexas. No entanto, no geral, os serviços de ambulância são:
- Ambulância para eventos;
- Ambulância para empresas;
- Resgate dependente químico;
- Locação ambulâncias;
- Gestão de saúde;
- Área protegida;
- Bombeiro civil etc.
No entanto, em relação à ambulância particular valor, ele tende a variar de acordo com as necessidades de cada caso.
Como é uma ambulância tipo D?
Segundo o Ministério da Saúde, trata-se de uma ambulância de Suporte Avançado, a qual é mais adequada a lidar em situações onde o paciente corre sério risco de vida.
Ou seja, é uma ambulância com UTI que se destina ao atendimento e transporte de vítimas de algum acidente grave, os quais precisam de cuidados mais intensivos.
Esse tipo de veículo pode atender uma remoção para dependente químico que não aceita tratamento, está em surto psicótico e que possa ter outros problemas mentais também. Ou seja, é mais adequado para situações complexas.
Mas, também é possível atuar como uma ambulância para empresas, em especial aquelas que atuam em locais de alta periculosidade, cujo risco de quedas ou incêndio é mais alto.
Em relação a tripulação desse tipo de veículo, devem ser 3 profissionais, sendo um motorista, um enfermeiro e um médico.
Sobre os itens e equipamentos que devem compor a ambulância tipo D, podemos destacar os seguintes:
- Sinalizador óptico e acústico;
- Equipamento de radiocomunicação fixo e móvel;
- Maca com rodas e articulada;
- Dois suportes de soro;
- Cadeira de rodas dobrável;
- Instalação de rede portátil de oxigênio;
- Respirador mecânico de transporte;
- Oxímetro não-invasivo portátil etc.
Como chamar uma ambulância tipo D?
Agora que você já entendeu melhor sobre a ambulância tipo D, é possível que queira saber como solicitar, certo?
Primeiro, saiba que não há necessidade de, durante a ligação, informar que quer uma ambulância para remoção particular tipo D, por exemplo. Na verdade, o próprio atendente irá, através de algumas perguntas, entender qual é a sua necessidade.
