O que é a Comissão de Corretagem de Imóveis?
Quando um profissional Corretor de Imóvel presta um serviço de corretagem, ele determina junto a empresa imobiliária, construtora ou incorporadora a porcentagem de remuneração dos seus ganhos pela intermediação da venda, compra ou arrendamento.

Como é feito o cálculo da comissão do corretor de imóveis?
Alguns corretores têm dúvidas no momento de calcular a comissão da sua corretagem. Pode não haver uma regra pré-estabelecida, porém, existem algumas tabelas padrões dos valores que variam conforme o tipo de imóvel, como por exemplo:
- Imóveis rurais: As comissões variam entre 8% a 10% do valor de venda;
- Imóveis urbanos e industriais: comissão de 6% a 8%;
- Vendas judiciais: 5% do valor da venda.
- Imóveis para locação: É de direito do corretor receber comissão do Aluguel ou da Temporada; Sendo os contratos anuais, o primeiro aluguel, e de temporada 30% do valor total da locação;
Vale ressaltar o seguinte: Verifique junto ao CRECI da sua região qual a tabela de honorários que foi determinada. Como por exemplo: caso você venda imóveis em Volta Redonda, terá de ir atrás de saber os valores atualizados para saber quanto cobrar.
Cobrança de Comissão Corretagem Em Lançamentos
Você profissional corretor de imóveis precisará ficar bem atento aos valores de comissões para por incorporadoras e imobiliárias em caso de parceria para um lançamento. Neste caso você terá direito a 4% do valor de venda, porém, a imobiliária que você é associado terá direito a 30% desta sua comissão.
Dependendo do lançamento, há empresas que trabalham com certos prêmios para quem atingir certos números de vendas, e assim, o corretor também precisa previamente, ou saber, ou definir junto à empresa tais números.

Qualquer curso de TTI ensina o básico para o profissional, porém, dependendo da instituição ela pode ensinar conteúdos avançados também. Algumas empresas prestam cursos mais elaborados que abordam os seguintes pontos para você inserir no seu Curriculum, como por exemplo:
- Princípios Básicos da Língua Portuguesa;
- Ética da Corretagem;
- Mercado Financeiro e Economia;
- Matemática Para Finanças;
