Não lave muito

Lavar o cabelo é necessário, todavia, na frequência correta. O excesso de lavagens pode remover toda a oleosidade natural do seu couro cabeludo, que tem como função hidratar e proteger seus fios.

A frequência em que você deve lavar os seus cabelos varia muito de acordo com a região em que você mora, assim como o clima. No geral, o ideal é lavar cerca de duas a três vezes por semana.
