– Eventos/estrelas, ingressos, organizações, arenas, equipamentos, uniformes e imagens;

– Serviços relevantes: entusiasmo, sentimento coletivo, competição, identidade, sucesso;

– Pessoas e Processos: Interações entre famílias e organizações, funcionários se comportam com educação.

– Participar do mercado: Produtores esportivos

– Mercado de Público: Público, Fãs

– Mercado Voluntário: Auxílio Esportivo

– Mercado publicitário: importante meio publicitário.

– Marketplace Patrocinado: Quer alcançar seu público e se destacar da concorrência.

– Affinity Marketplace: Uso de símbolos, logotipos e marcas que simbolizam figuras do esporte.

Mas não apenas o esporte, mas outras atividades, incluindo fitness, dança, etc., também são campos de atuação importantes para os profissionais e podem ser comercializados por serviços.

Entenda que o marketing de produtos é totalmente diferente do marketing de serviços. Os princípios teóricos podem ser os mesmos, mas as suas implementações dentro da prática são diferentes.

Os produtos tangíveis podem ser vistos, tocados e testados, enquanto os produtos intangíveis dependem de expectativas de resultados.

Os serviços não são tangíveis e os resultados que você deseja só podem ser experimentados com o uso contínuo. Como, por exemplo: seguros, consultoria, academia, etc. Como os potenciais alunos não podem provar, testar, sentir o serviço (cursos) com antecedência, é o compromisso com os resultados que os impulsiona para a Academia.

Marketing para um profissional de educação física é marketing de serviço, por isso é importante que ele convença seus alunos de que obterá boas notas e se esforce para que essas notas atendam às expectativas do cliente.

Por outro lado, o marketing de serviços vem sendo uma disciplina que visa estudar todos os fenômenos e fatos que ocorrem dentro da venda de serviços, no sentido de que é uma mercadoria vendida isoladamente, isso quer dizer, um produto intangível que não tem pagamento, não tem cheiro, em movimento, e geralmente não aparece em experimente antes de comprar, porém ele permite que a satisfação compense o dinheiro gasto no atendimento das necessidades do cliente.
